ITO Sputtering Targets
ITO conductive glass is made by coating a layer of indium tin oxide (ITO) film by sputtering, evaporation and other methods on the basis of sodium calcium base or silicon-based boron substrate glass. The special ITO conductive glass for liquid crystal display will also be coated with a layer of silica barrier layer before the ITO layer, to prevent the sodium ions on the substrate glass from diffusing into the liquid crystal in the box. The ITO glass used for high-end liquid crystal display needs to be polished before it is sprayed onto the ITO layer, so as to achieve more uniform display control. The special ITO glass substrate for liquid crystal display is usually super float glass, and all the coated surface is float tin surface of glass. Therefore, the final liquid crystal display will follow the floating direction, regular appearance of ripple uneven situation.
